Who needs to take a Parent Class for Divorce?
The State of Florida Statute 61.21 says both parents involved in a divorce must take a 4-Hour Parent Class if they have children under the age of 18 years.
What happens when I complete the course?
When you complete the course, you will see a link to click and download your Court Approved Certificate. You may print the Certificate and mail it or send it to your attorney via email.
Is this a recurring subscription?
There is only a One Time Fee for your course. This is not a recurring subscription. The one time fee allows you to access all the course materials and your certificate download for 30 days from your enrollment date.
How long is the Parenting and Divorce Course?
The Parenting and Divorce Class takes about 4 hours to complete. The material is engaging and thought provoking while at the same time easy to understand and apply. We won't go so far as to say it is fun, but you'll likely find the time seems much shorter than the four hours required to complete the course.
Must I Complete the Parenting and Divorce Class All at once?
You may complete the Parenting and Divorce Class on your own schedule- any time you wish. When you log off and later return, the course remembers which sections you completed so you can pick up where you left off.
Will my court accept this Certificate?
We guarantee Court Acceptance of our Online Parenting Classes for Divorce Certificate or your money back. Most courts in the US recognize our curriculum and accept our Certificates. Please check with your court.

Is this Parenting and Divorce course DCF approved?

How do I sign up and complete the Parenting and Divorce Class?

When and how do I get my parenting class certificate?
You will get your certificate as soon as you complete the course. Simply download your Court Approved Certificate. You may print the Certificate and mail it or download it as a PDF file to send it to your attorney or yourself via email. We recommend you save a copy in a secure storage location for your future reference.
Is there a test?
We have final tests where required by law- but don't worry, the tests are pretty easy. The course material is engaging and thought provoking. We won't go so far as to say it is fun, but you'll likely find the time seems much shorter than the time required to complete the course.
Do both parents have to take the same Parenting and Divorce Class?
Both parents are generally not required to take the same Parenting and Divorce Class. In over 30 years. we have yet to see a judge not accept our Certificate of Completion due to the other parent taking a course from a different provider.
How can I print my Parenting and Divorce Certificate if I don't have a printer at home?
At the end of the Parenting and Divorce Class you should be able to download your certificate in PDF format. Once you download it, you should be able to forward the file via email or copy it to any portable storage device so that you may print your certificate elsewhere. We are also happy to fax or mail the certificate to you at no cost via USPS during your course enrollment period (typically 1 month).
I forgot my username or password- can you help?
Most students should be able to reset their password on their own. If you are taking the parenting class online, go to the login page and choose the Lost Password option to proceed. You should get an email from our system in a few minutes. If you don't see an email, check your spam folder. You'll need to know your email address or user name. If you've forgotten the user name or email (or perhaps signed up with the wrong or a mis-spelled email, simply give us a call during our regular hours and we'll get you moving along.
